The Nexus Academy
The Nexus Academy was funded in 2024 through the National funded project “NEXUS – Innovation Agenda for Digital and Green transitions”. It offers highly qualified and credited training courses encompassing the critical scientific areas to foster digfital and green transitions in Ports and multimodal logistics networks. Our courses are credited by two Higher Education Institutes: The University of Aveiro and The Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal.
Who are the courses for?
Our courses aims to bridge the gap between digital innovation and the labour market skill needs. By offering different levels of training, the courses are intended for employees from the logistics sector exerting different roles, from ground-floor operators to managers.
Our Approach
We believe in student-centered teaching methodology. Although our courses are offered remotely (100% online), we have moments of independent work in which students will be challenged with real-life situations and their work environments.
